Once the process starts analyzing the drive you have selected you can see the progress and if they drive has been cleaned on a normal basis like it should it won't take much time at all but if not it can be a little lengthy but worth the wait in gold.

Once complete you will see a list of categories for you to choose from.

Clear the check boxes for files that you don't want to delete, and then click OK.

When prompted to confirm that you want to delete the specified files, click Yes.

After a few minutes, the process completes and the Disk Cleanup dialog box closes, leaving your computer cleaner and performing better.

Now let's run the Disk Defragmenter.
